Dead Veins...

Comments: The song "Dead Veins" was written pretty frankly about something, guess you can easily figure out about what. I didn't even go out of my way to hide it, I am sure there are many people out there who maybe once felt that the frustration is taking over them, and feel resemblance now, when they read this song. Now, that I am a little older, I realized that nothing in this world worth giving up on the most precious thing you have -- your life.

The thorns I lay on
Are healing the dark side of my soul.
Do I still feel..?
Do I still fall..?

Alike a piece of ice
The fear slides under my skin.
Do I still bleed..?
Do I still sin..?

Your spirit burns,
Buried under the remains
And the flames
Are warming your dead veins...

...and I draw my powers from
The splinters I`m laying on..
...and I draw my powers from
The splinters I`m laying on..

The thorns I lay on
Are healing the dark side of my soul.
Do I still feel..?
Do I still fall..?
