Ocean is the greatest fascination and enigma... The sound of waves, is an addicting sound, that calls you to step in... Same as how the singing of mermaids lures the sailors to meet their fate. Since the early youth I have always found this motif to be the most powerful, picturesque and awe-inspiring. Even in the Chinese mythology, the element of water is the prime element, and is believed to be the most compelling of all other... However, even before I was introduced to the Chinese lores and captivated by it, I used to watch the tide for hours, feeling how unimaginably bewitching each wave is. As I mentioned in the portfolio's into -- when I was a child I enjoyed painting, and again, my favorite theme was the sea, horizon and... ships.
