The purpose of this award is to reward designers, who show outstanding abilities and fine taste in web design, and to recognize their talent. We seek a creative spirit, innovativeness, which you express through your fresh, unique and stylish layout. Is your website a real glowing pearl on the Internet? Are the fruits of your talent one-of-a-kind, awe aspiring and make people want to come back? If the answer is yes, we are here to find these sites and bestow the Digital Glow Award on them. • • • Who is eligible to apply? • • •

Anyone, above 13 years of age, who has an originally designed website or stand-alone Awards Program. This award is primarily about design, originality and high standard content. If your site has a memorable layout, high quality graphics and provides the visitor with an overall interesting experience, regardless it been hosted on a free server or a top level domain -- you are very welcome to apply.
